    Mushrooms in your juice?!

    No, not the trippy kind!

    1 (white) mango
    1 zucchini
    5 white mushrooms
    1 honey crisp apple
    1 pear
    1" cube of ginger

    Juice.

    Note: mushrooms are the only vegetarian/ vegan food that contain vitamin d naturally!

    RAAW Foods International

    I happened upon these juices at my go-to market the other day and instantly fell in love. I tried the Cranberry ginger, and even though I wasn't sure what to expect, it exceeded all expectations. I was imagining it to have a texture similar to the Cranberry Kombucha that I normally drink, but to my surprise, it was light and smooth. 

    These juices are made by a company called Raaw Food International and were the recipient's of 1st Place at the 11th Americas Food and Beverage Trade Show.

    The only thing that struck me odd was that there was not an information label on the bottle showing what nutritional content, though their website (and the bottle) states that they use all fresh ingredients and do not add sugar. 

    They currently produce four flavors including Cranberry, Ginger, Carrot Lemonade, Better Beets and Pineapple Cucumber.
