Yes, all of those processes were involved.
1. Pan grill your french toast for texture:
2. Stuff your french toast. I slabbed a bunch of this goodness between two slices of seeded, multigrain bread.
3. Sear at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
*Note I think my oven temps may be off, so keep checking to make sure you don't burn.
French toast batter:
2 or 3 eggs and vanilla almond milk. A dash of vanilla and lots of cinnamon. I prefer my french toast eggy, so I only use a bit of milk.

mission street ipa.
B+ from BeerAdvocate which suprised me because this is one of my least favorite IPAs. I prefer bitter, heavy IPAs, and this is very mild.
A good, light beer for hot summer days. I would not cook with it or hunker down with it during the winter, but it is inexpensive and would be fitting for a bbq or happy hour because of it's mild flavor.
TRADER JOE'S BEERS ROCK!
This makes me miss summer time in Philadelphia. This is a cheap beer, that tastes great (for the price) and hits the spot on those early summer days.
