treegap retreat!
Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 11:03AM an eco friendly bed and breakfast in woodstock, ny.
these were the fantastic meals that, Megan Reynolds, the gusto behind this fantastic project made for us. it was the perfect place for a getway, tucked away on a mountain in upstate new york just a few miles from the Karma Triyana Dharmachakra, buddhist monastrey and just a town or two over from the adorable Saugerties, NY.
breakfasts included fresh juices, homemade cream cheese, fresh yogurt, fair trade, shade grown coffee, farm free eggs and veggies right from Megan's farm, which she tends, milk of your choice (we opted for rice), homemade donuts, breads and granola, and more. everything was amazing.
each night she would leave a slip of paper at your door with all of the options for the morning. then you would circle and number how much you wanted of each and then leave a note of what time you would like breakfast to be served. Megan has much more flexibility being that there are only 2 suites at her b&b. it was a fantastic experience.
